According to a White House statement, Kamala Harris will spend the next month traveling to universities around the United States to rally young people to continue the battle for civil liberties.
She plans to visit roughly a dozen colleges in at least seven states to gather students for large-scale events. Key topics that disproportionately affect young people nationwide will be the subject of the Vice President’s flurry of “Fight for Our Freedoms College Tour” visits, including abortion, climate change, voting rights, gun safety, LGBTQ+ justice, and purported book restrictions.
The “Fight for Our Freedoms College Tour” that Vice President Harris will participate in will take her to HSIs, HBCUs, and state schools, among others. The Vice President will discuss the accomplishments of the Biden-Harris Administration on behalf of young people, discuss the steps that must be taken to safeguard fundamental liberties, and take questions from students working to organize.
According to the well-respected expert on African American history, Dr. William B. Allen has forcefully refuted assertions made by Democrat Vice President Kamala Harris.
Allen served as head of the United States Commission on Civil Rights and now contributes to the African American History Standards Workgroup in Florida.
After Harris spread misinformation about Florida’s public school curriculum last week, he gave his response.
He said that according to Harris, she determined that middle school kids in the State of Florida would be instructed that slaves benefitted from slavery. No one ever claimed that Africans benefited from being enslaved.
Allen said they are trying to gaslight us by insulting us, but we will not tolerate it.
Leo Terrell, a prominent civil rights lawyer, has expressed public concern about the possibility of Vice President Kamala Harris becoming president.
In an interview on Fox’s “Mornings with Maria,” Terrell called a future administration led by President Harris as America’s biggest nightmare.
Maria Bartiromo brought up some dismal polling figures for Harris, revealing that 49% of voters had a poor opinion of her. Harris’s record-low popularity ratings are unprecedented.
Terrell stated that he taught history and knows what a Vice President does, and without a doubt, it has nothing to do with her skin color. Harris is simply incompetent.
